Rock Hard
First time on CD in its original sleeve, this was Glam Rock Godess Suzi Quatro's seventh studio album, originally released in 1980 and which was certified Platinum in Australia. The record includes the singles Rock Hard (UK No.68, Germany No.26, Australia No.11) (from the movie Times Square), Glad All Over (Germany No.70) and Lipstick. The detailed booklet includes liner notes by Phil Hendriks and pictures of all relevant singles sleeves and the whole release has been totally re-mastered by Tim Turan. Produced by Mike Chapman, the man behind Suzi's string of hits in the 70's as well as the likes of Sweet, Mud and Smokey - a 7T's Records God! Suzi's recent public profile has been considerably raised due to the rave reviews and promotion given to her latest studio album In The Spotlight which saw her in numerous national newspapers and music magazines as well as on many radio shows across the globe including Australia where she undertook a three week tour late in 2011.
Hated
Hated is the debut release by Swedish glam metal band Sister, since being signed to the renowned label Metal Blade. Their music is a combination of adrenaline fuelled and aggressive gritty punk rock, fused together with layers of glam metal and sleaze, to make for one hell of a hard rock album. (Cat Emerson)
